Willmar Falls to Duluth But Memorable Season Won'T be Forgotten

Willmar, Minn. - On Tuesday night, the 2018 Willmar Stingers took the field one final time, falling to the Duluth Huskies 17-7 in the Northwoods League North Division Championship game. Through four innings of play, the Stingers were looking good. Davis Elliott (North Alabama) singled in the bottom of the third plating Shea Kramer (Utah) and giving the Stingers a 1-0 lead.
