Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. - The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters head to Joannes stadium for the final matchup of 2018. The Rafters will take on the Green Bay Bullfrogs for not only the final time this season but in the final Northwoods League game at Joannes Stadium.
