Ducks Claim Series Opener with Late Comeback

(Waldorf, Md.) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs 5-3 on Friday night in the series opener at Regency Furniture Stadium. The Blue Crabs opened the scoring in the very first inning when former Duck Jon Griffin hit a two-run home run to left-center field.
